- Kaleb DeCora was excellent to work with. He said what he would do, and did what he said. He was great at explaining the whole insurance process and ensured our best interests were always first. Always kept us updated on how everything was going and was always punctual. He makes the customer feel confident in their decisions, but is not overbearing or forceful. - I had no idea the process of doing an insurance claim and getting my roof replaced could be so painless! Jeremiah came out and confirmed that my roof would qualify for full replacement, met the insurance adjuster for their inspection, and had the job complete in less than two weeks. He was up-front and very communicative/responsive through the whole process, and went out of his way to work around my availability. I can’t recommend Shamrock and Jeremiah enough.
- Crews did a great job. Add a new roof guttering and gutter guards. Jeremiah was great to work with and explain and communicated all details As well as follow ups.

- Josh came out to my house to assess the damage from the storm. Not only did he respond in an extremely fast amount of time, he helped me with assessing and fixing it all in a matter of an hour. He was so kind and I don't think he realized the amount of stress he took off my shoulders.

- Worked with Jorge Rosero on my roof replacement on a very short turn around as I had a scheduled sale closing in 2 weeks. Jorge came out the same evening I contacted him and had a crew there a week later. He handled the insurance claim and was able to meet my short deadline. Oh, and the roof looks great and their crews did a great job of clean up afterwards. I highly recommend Jorge and Shamrock Roofing.

- We had such a great experience with Jorge Rosero! He was able to answer all of our questions, guide us in color choices, and assisted in understanding the insurance claim process. He was phenomenal and all of the professionals who completed the work were polite, prompt, and kept the workspace as tidy as can be when under construction. - I’m very pleased with my new roof. The workers were here early and worked until dark, and even though the roof was finished they came back the next morning to double check the cleanup. Nick Easley was very pleasant and I especially appreciated his constant contact and he always let me know if he was delayed and exactly what time he would arrive. He went out of his way to follow up with me and made sure I was satisfied with the roof.

- I would recommend to the Sharmrock roofing if need roofing done. I learn this company through my neighbor n they said it was the best n reasonable price. I would pick this company to do my roofing when it the right time but this guy walks though me about the plans n everything else. I rate them 5 stars. To Tony Z. Thank u so much for your help..

- Joshua come by and knocked on my door I had a big tarp on my roof and I had water coming in he put a tarp up for me and a few shingles free of charge he was really nice, I would recommend him to any of my friends and family.

- I needed to get my roof replaced and was on a pretty tight deadline. The roof needed to be done before my home owners insurance was due for renewal. After talking with 5 different contractors I decided to go with Shamrock Roofing lake St. Louis and Ethan Faltisek as my project manager. This was my first time having to get a roof replaced and I was pretty nervous. Ethan walked me through everything, answered all my questions, and helped ease my fear. From first contact to completion it took two weeks and everything went perfectly. The crew was easy to work with and my yard was spotless when the left. I would highly recommend Shamrock roofing of Lake St. Louis and Ethan Faltisek as project manager.
