- Joshua knocked on my door, I wasn’t inspecting him to come but he did, his evaluation and there was no damage on there, I assumed he was going to say there was damage because that’s what a lot of roofers have done in the past.
- Randolph was the project manager running the job at my house in O'Fallon, IL. He was incredible throughout the entire process. Walked me through all that needed to be done and made the entire process mostly painless. Highly recommend. Couple Notes: The company should adopt some web portal to pay for jobs instead of over the phone credit cards, though the folks that worked in Billing were very helpful. The sub contract responsible for cleaning up nails and extra material never showed up despite Randolph doing all he could, forcing me to pick up all the debris and nails that were left over. The project manager offered to do it himself, but I said no, that's not his job.
- I highly recommend Shamrock. They replaced my roof after this year's hail storm. It was my first time going through this and Doug and team were very patient with me and explained everything that was going on. He was also great about working with my insurance company during the process. Everything looks great.
- I got my roof and gutters entirely replaced with homeowners insurance after hail damage. I started off with an inspection from my insurance, and got a list of things they would pay to replace that boiled down to "everything" I handed the whole thing off to Ethan Faltisek from Shamrock, they set up everything quickly and painlessly, and even handled filling a supplemental claim with the insurance when they found more damage that wasn't on the list. They dropped off supplies one day, then the next day roofers came and did all of the shingles over the course of a few hours. A couple days later the gutters people came by and finished up the rest of it. The whole thing was easy on my end, I only paid the deductible out of pocket, and the new roof is great. Ethan was professional and helpful and explained the whole process as we went. Excellent experience all around.
- They did quality work. The office staff was very helpful in helping with the siding manufacturer when some of the siding was in the wrong shade. They were able to get things done in a very timely fashion.
- Chris Dennis with Shamrock Roofing Denver gave us an incredible service. We had several folks come out to give us a quote. Ultimately, we went with Chris because of his keen eye for details. He found an improperly installed bathroom vent and included the repair in the quote. All the other contractors missed that detail. During the roof install, Chris noticed some of the shingles were a slightly different color than the rest due to a manufacturing error. Chris and his guys took an extra 4 hours to correct that mistake before we ever saw it. I can't recommend Chris Dennis with Shamrock enough!
- I highly recommend Shamrock Roofing, and specifically Jeremiah Graziano. I know roofing companies can seem like a dime a dozen, but Jeremiah made this experience stand out. As our project manager, he went above and beyond and was there for our project from start to finish. They actually uncovered issues from our previous roof installation, and Jeremiah made sure every single one was addressed before they finished. If you want someone who pays attention to detail, ask for Jeremiah!

- We had our roof, gutters, and skylights replaced by Shamrock roofing. They did an excellent job. They cleaned up and were very careful not to damage anything. Eric Vincent who supervised the job was outstanding in organizing and overseeing the job completion. He answered all our questions even after hours to our satisfaction.
- We worked with Eric Vincent to replace our roof, he communicated with us throughout the process and walked us through it since this was our first time getting our roof replaced. All our concerns and questions were addressed and the crew that came out did a great job, they even cleaned up afterwards better than how it was. They made sure to fix a few details before final payment. They were prompt and professional.
- I’m extremely satisfied with Javier’s services! Unlike other companies that try to upsell unnecessary and expensive services, Javier was honest and practical. He provided a detailed quote that addressed exactly what was needed and efficiently installed my shed roof. Instead of pushing for more, he recommended a simple touch-up to safeguard the roof of the whole house, which I really appreciated. His thoughtfulness and ability to see things from my perspective made a huge difference. It’s wonderful to find someone so dedicated to doing what’s best for the customer!

- Roland Lamonica did an outstanding job working with our insurance company to get a fair assessment for our roof and gutters. I was concerned, having had issues with them previously, but he had the experience to navigate the process with me. He was honest and upfront about some of the concerns and damage to the roof that we may have had to cover out of pocket. The work was done in a day and I couldn't have been happier the quality or the crew. I highly recommend reaching out to Shamrock and Roland for exterior work.

- Jeremiah at Shamrock was amazing to deal with from start to finish. I had given up based on a previous companies lack of follow through on getting a new roof, when Jeremiah came through our neighborhood. After our initial convo I knew he was a closer. He didn’t over promise, and got the job done that he said he would along with working with our hard to deal with insurance company. Shamrock completed the roof replacement in a timely manner and installation and cleanup was seamless. Highly recommend to all!
- Had a roof inspection done by Enrique Padilla today despite the weather he was ready to get my roof checked out. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I appreciate the inspection before the end of the year.
- Jason Easley, was very helpful, he came over a few days ago and looked at my roof, I was worried that it could have some damage, after he inspected it he told me that nothing was wrong and didn't try to rip me off like so many other places will do, I will definitely call him when I need help again.

- Our neighborhood was hit hard by the March 14, 2025 hail storm. Our neighbors on either side of us had Shamrock replace their roofs and we were very impressed with the speed and efficiency of the workers. We could see firsthand the excellent results. We already had a contractor lined up to replace our work but after speaking with Jeremiah, we signed with Shamrock. The crew was very respectful and worked hard to complete the job quickly. Very pleased with the results and Jeremiah kept us informed the entire time. Highly recommend!
- Kaleb DeCora was excellent to work with. He said what he would do, and did what he said. He was great at explaining the whole insurance process and ensured our best interests were always first. Always kept us updated on how everything was going and was always punctual. He makes the customer feel confident in their decisions, but is not overbearing or forceful. Would highly recommend Shamrock Roofing and especially Kaleb DeCora as your Project Manager.
- I had no idea the process of doing an insurance claim and getting my roof replaced could be so painless! Jeremiah came out and confirmed that my roof would qualify for full replacement, met the insurance adjuster for their inspection, and had the job complete in less than two weeks. He was up-front and very communicative/responsive through the whole process, and went out of his way to work around my availability. I can’t recommend Shamrock and Jeremiah enough.

- Worked with Jorge Rosero on my roof replacement on a very short turn around as I had a scheduled sale closing in 2 weeks. Jorge came out the same evening I contacted him and had a crew there a week later. He handled the insurance claim and was able to meet my short deadline.
