- I submitting a Review for roofing contractor Kevin Lyon, a contractor with Shamrock Roofing & Constrution. I found Mr. Lyon to be a dedicated professional with a concern for the client\customer. Mr. Lyon walked me through the entire roof reconstruction process. Kevin helped me with me communications with my insurance company to ensure that I was properly compensated for my loss claim. Kevin also assisted me in obtaining the neccessary financing for my roof reconstruction project. While the reconstruction was occurring Kevin also kept abreast of the work being done and what I could expect once the job was completed. Despite of the extensive damage to the roof, Kevin completed the project in a seemingly short amount of time.. I had been burned by another fraudulent contractor who essential stole my downpayment for my roof reconstruction. After living over 6 months with my roof leaking from the damage it had incurred, Kevin patiently and expertly explained what was needed repaired the damage and completed those repair in timely fashion. I couldn't be happier with the results. Thank you Shamrock Roofing of Lincoln & Mr. Kevin Lyon for your excellent work.

- I was referred to Jacob Himelick with Shamrock Roofing and Construction in Omaha, Nebraska by a friend and could not be happier with the final work. They came out within a relatively quick amount of time to replace my roof despite all the work they had been doing due to the damage all over town from a bad hail storm a few months back. - After my roof got damaged by hail Abigail and Olen with Shamrock Roofing helped me get my roof taken care of. They were great to work with, communicated through the whole process, and were able to get the roof knocked out while I left for a bit. - Josh came by to do a quick assessment of our roof. Not only was he up front with us about the condition and the rough cost to replace, but when we let him know we didn't have the money for a full repair at the moment, and would have to save up, he offered to jump up on the roof with me and do some quick repairs on the spot!! (no warranty of course, which was completely understandable). This is going to hold us over while we come up with the money for a proper replacement. Outstanding customer service!!

- Parker was amazing from start to finish. He explained what was happening every step of the way. He helped talk to insurance to open the claim, met with the adjuster, and explained all the numbers that came back from insurance. Parker was always available when I had a question no matter the circumstance. He was even able and willing to assist while he was on a personal vacation. If that doesn’t speak to his dedication, I don’t know what does. Always professional and friendly. From day one our manager, Jason Flannery was with us and guided us through the entire process- starting with calling our insurance company for us (and helping us get full approval). Our HOA has quite a few rules and required authorization before our roof and gutter replacement could be completed, Jason, was extremely helpful in getting the information needed, so we could get the project moving along quickly. - Jacob was very professional and very articulate about the way the roof was going to be done and all the materials that was going to be used. The roofers in an excellent job on putting the roof up I went up there and inspected it myself LOL. I also realized once the roof was on it actually started making my house feel a little warmer which allowed me to lower my thermostat down a couple of degrees I was very impressed with that. - Saw a water leak in my attic so called shammrock... They came and investigated the issue in a timely manner. They are very true and honest. They looked at the water leak, inspected my roof completely and reported just a caulking issue without unnecessarily complicating the issue. Even they helped me fix the caulking that stopped the leak. I would definitely recommend these folks.
